Scott Mountain Bike

Genius MC-40

“ Any Time, Any Place, Anywhere! ”

This Scott Mountain Bike has been around for several years now and is one of the “Best in Class”. Innovative thinking at Scott has kept the Genius ahead of the pack with the MC-40 sporting one of the lightest alloy frames on the market. This helps to compensate for the heavy but versatile Scott TC3 pull shock, with its 3 ride settings.

Unlike many of the competition the Genius requires little technical set up. The shock’s 3 settings are controlled from the neat handlebar thumb shifter and the Fox fork’s adjustable negative pressure lets you easily set up for tight or soft. Taking your time here makes all the difference.

With 5 in of rear travel and 5.5in at the front the Genius will have you tackling technical sections head on when must other bikes would be applying the brakes. This is a fantastic ride when set up correctly, so take your time and avoid grounding pedals and chains.

Truly . . . a Martini of a Mountain Bike !
